By engaging with UP Entertainment & Productions for event execution, artist booking, or equipment rental, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before signing any contracts.
1. Booking & Financial Agreements
- A booking is only considered confirmed once the official contract is signed and the non-refundable advance payment (as stipulated in the contract) is credited to our accounts.
- All remaining balances must be cleared strictly as per the timelines mentioned in the agreement, usually prior to the artist taking the stage or the event commencement.
- Pricing and quotations are subject to change based on event scale, technical riders, and artist availability at the time of final confirmation.
2. Artist Management & Availability
- UP Entertainment acts as a direct management agency or exclusive booking partner. However, in the rare event of an artist's medical emergency, we will provide a suitable replacement or facilitate a reschedule as per mutual agreement.
- Clients must adhere strictly to the Technical Rider and Hospitality Rider provided by the artist. Failure to provide requested technical infrastructure may result in the artist refusing to perform without liability to the agency.
3. Production & Equipment Liability
- Any damage to UP Entertainment's stage, sound, lighting, or SFX equipment caused by the client, venue staff, or attendees will be billed directly to the client at full replacement value.
- Adequate security (barricading, bouncers, police presence) is the sole responsibility of the client/organizer unless expressly included in our production package.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- If an event is canceled by the client within 30 days of the show, the client is liable to pay 100% of the agreed contract value to cover production prep and artist blocking dates.
5. Force Majeure
Neither UP Entertainment nor the Artist shall be held liable for failure to perform their obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
